Como ya conoceis de años anteriores, la participación en el Certamen es libre y gratuita tanto para profesionales de cualquier ámbito asistencial, como para pacientes y familiares (también de cualquier nacionalidad) no siendo imprescindible la asistencia al acto. Para ello, solo hay que enviar los trabajos siguiendo las instrucciones antes del 12 de mayo. Se certificarán todos los trabajos presentados.
Tanto la exposición de los trabajos, como el fallo de los premios, se realizan bajo pseudónimo
Se establecen 3 categorías: Artístico, Cultural y Educación para la Salud y se otorgarán 2 premios en cada categoría (Diploma Acreditativo), enviándose certificado de participación a todos los carteles presentados (los carteles ganadores podrán ser utilizados por los autores, haciendo mención a que han sido galardonados en el Certamen), de igual manera la organización se compromete a hacer mención a los autores, en caso de utilización o publicación de los carteles.
